Help build a shelter to afford more than 200 children and youth, to have appropiate classrooms, a shelter facility(dormitories) and a appropiate kitchen to garantee free meals for the children victims of a drug and gang violence in Medellin, Colombia to help them becoming a restored, self-sufficient and productive member of society.
Actvities
We take care not just about the mind or phisical integrity of families and their children, but about their spirit. We have a multidisciplinary team of volunteers as lawyers, social servants, teachers, nurses, people linked to the armed forces, pastors, community leaders, business managers, marketers, entrepreneurs, sociologists, etc.
Impact
Restore the hope for those whom lost their parents due to gangs war and encourage to victims to start again and become leaders in her communities. We work with widows, children excombatients, and their children in psyco-social risk. More than 54% of atendees are children up to 15 years.
Need
The project seeks to provide spiritual, nutritional and emotional care for some of Medellin's neediest orphaned children. We volunteer with a professional care of the woman and children in risk community but we need to built a location, which have been rented for several monts to increase the number of children under 15 years atendeed.

LET'S BUILD TOGETHER A HOUSE OF PEACE FOR YOUTH AND CHILDREN IN RISK ON MEDELLIN, COLOMBIA

We have the dream of build a A house of peace for Youth and Children, in the city of Medellin, Colombia.

The project seeks to provide spiritual, nutritional and emotional care for some of Medellin's neediest orphaned children and provide basic supplies to children victims of violence and victims of drug gangs.

Our mission is to restore the hope for those whom lost their parents due to gangs war and encourage to victims to start again and become leaders in her communities.

We work with widows, children excombatients, and their children in psyco-social risk. More than 54% of atendees are children up to 15 years.

ATTENDING MORE CHILDREN

We volunteer with a professional care of the woman and children in risk community but we need to built a location, which have been rented for several monts.

With the own building we could afford more than 200 children and youth, to extend the impact of the programms like to have appropiate classrooms, a shelter facility(dormitories) and a appropiate kitchen to garantee free meals for the children.
Moreover, we want to have and auditorium for the intense training purpose to families.

We have a multidisciplinary team of volunteers as lawyers, social servants, teachers, nurses, people linked to the armed forces, pastors, community leaders, business managers, marketers, entrepreneurs, sociologists, etc..

We take care not just about the mind or phisical integrity of families and their children, but about their spirit. For that reason our goal is the improved wellness of each child and youth so he or she can grow up healthy and strong, concious to be a leader of peace, Becoming a restored, self-sufficient and productive member of society.

WHO WE ARE

We are a Christian community, with headquarters currently located in the center of the city of Medellin, very concerned about the fact that every day many ignore or simply do not want to take over the widows and children victims of a drug and gang violence.
